Kungfu Jumps & Rolls
Jumps, flips & kungfu acrobatics

Kungfu Acrobatics
A class focused on Shaolin-style acrobatic skills — jumps, rolls, flips, and the flowing movements that are signature to Shaolin Temple disciples.
These skills are essential for advanced Shaolin forms, such as the Five Animals form (五形拳) and Drunken Boxing (醉拳) that you see in Shaolin monk performances.
Start safely from the basics and gradually progress to more challenging moves. Master Zhu supervises every move closely, putting safety first.

套路
Advanced Forms
The Five Animals form (五形拳) and Drunken Boxing (醉拳) require acrobatic skill as a foundation. Without jumps and rolls, you can't train these forms.
平衡
Build Balance
Every acrobatic move demands good balance. Repeated practice until the body remembers makes your everyday movement more stable.
勇
Decisiveness
The first flip scares everyone. But once you can do it, the fear disappears. It trains you to be decisive and let go of worry.
